For Van der Valk Exclusief, Zien360 created virtual tours of Hotel Haarlem and Hotel Leeuwarden. Photos of a bed, bathroom or restaurant each tell part of the story, but they do not always show how the spaces connect. A virtual tour does. Visitors choose their own viewing direction, discover sightlines between floors and experience the interior in a way that comes close to an actual visit.<\/p>\n<p>Van der Valk used the tours not only to show rooms, but also to convey the warm hospitality and comfort of the hotels. From the atrium, visitors move to the hotel bar and several lounge areas. The tour shows both the overview and the details: the large video wall, fireplace, illuminated bar, tables and the interior's colours and materials.<\/p>\n<p>For guests, this helps shape expectations. They can assess in advance whether the atmosphere suits a relaxing overnight stay, a drink, dinner or meeting. The living room, bedroom and bathroom are spatially connected. This lets future guests see more than separate detail photos: the tour makes the layout, circulation space and proportions between the different zones easy to understand.<\/p>\n<p>The bathroom includes a freestanding whirlpool bath, walk-in shower, washbasins and seating. From the other viewpoint, the sleeping area, lounge and carefully chosen interior details are visible. Travellers explore a room, organisers assess the appearance of a venue and restaurant guests gain an initial impression of the ambience. Interested guests do not have to wait for a physical tour and can explore the spaces together with a travel companion. Each location could present its own rooms and atmosphere online. The current case opens the still-working public tour of Hotel Haarlem.
