Introduce visitors to your facilities in advance

Before a first visit, people want to see the reception, rooms and facilities. A virtual tour introduces your venue at a time that suits the visitor.

Choose suitable spaces

Select facilities that support the introduction, such as reception, a relaxation room and selected treatment or sauna rooms. Discuss which areas can be shown publicly. A building tour does not replace instructions for using the facilities.

Privacy during photography

Schedule photography when the rooms are free. Agree how to handle employees, personal belongings and information on screens. We choose a route that explains the layout without unintentionally capturing visitors.

A tanning studio example

For My Sun in Eindhoven, we created tours of reception areas and tanning cabins. This is a tanning studio, not a sauna complex. The example shows how visitors can explore individual rooms. For your wellness venue, we agree suitable viewpoints and explanation.
