Frequently asked questions about virtual tours and FPV drone videos
Services
What services does Zien360 offer?
Zien360 offers two main services: professional virtual tours and FPV drone videos. In addition, we make regular drone videos and we provide 360-degree photography. Google Street View can be part of a virtual tour or deployed as an additional service.
What is the difference between a virtual tour and an FPV drone video?
A virtual tour is interactive. Visitors decide for themselves where they go, look around in 360 degrees and open additional information. An FPV drone video has a fixed storyline: the viewer follows a fluid flight through and around the location. One service offers the freedom to discover things for oneself, while the other takes the viewer along a pre-determined route.
Can a virtual tour and an FPV drone video be combined?
Yes. An FPV drone video can first grab attention with a smooth route through the location. In a virtual tour, visitors can then look around themselves and view additional information. They remain two separate services, which we can combine within a single project if that suits your goal.
FPV drone video
What is an FPV drone video?
FPV stands for First Person View. Through video goggles, the pilot sees directly what the camera sees, allowing them to fly very precisely through and around a location. This creates a fluid video that connects different spaces, work activities and perspectives. Read more about a Have an FPV drone video made.
What is the difference between an FPV drone and a standard drone?
A standard drone is mainly used for calm aerial overview shots. An FPV drone is smaller and more agile, and can fly closer to objects and through indoor spaces. Which drone is suitable depends on the location, the desired footage and the applicable safety conditions.
Can an FPV drone fly indoors?
Yes. For indoor recordings we use a compact FPV drone suitable for indoor spaces. In advance we check the route, passageways and potential risks. We also discuss where employees, visitors and moving objects will be located during the flight.
How do you prepare for an FPV drone shoot?
We will discuss which areas, activities and key moments need to be filmed. Afterwards, we will explore the route and check passageways, lighting and safety. We will also agree on what will happen at the location during the recording. Good preparation ensures a smooth flight and prevents unnecessary interruptions.
Can indoor and outdoor footage be combined in a single video?
Yes, provided the location and circumstances allow it. For example, we could start outside and fly inside via a suitable entrance. In this way, the grounds, the building and the work being carried out can together form a single, continuous narrative.
How much does an FPV drone video cost?
The price depends on the location, the length and complexity of the flight path, the number of shots and the desired editing. Through our price indication for an FPV drone video you get an initial idea of the costs for your project.
