An open day you can also experience from home
A technical college centred on practical learning
Technova College in Ede contains many different practical learning spaces. The virtual tour takes visitors through the workshops, classrooms and specialist facilities used by the various programmes.
The tour helps visitors orient themselves from home. This is useful before an open day, when comparing programmes or when a student wants to revisit a space afterwards.
From automotive engineering to a television studio
The digital route covers automotive engineering, metalworking, electrical engineering, construction, the Makerslab and the television studio, among other areas.
This clearly shows the breadth of the programmes. A conventional photo series shows individual rooms; the virtual tour shows how the different practical environments form one college.
An open day that continues online
Visitors choose which programme or space they want to explore. Practical learning takes centre stage, so prospective students gain a realistic impression of the environment.
The tour also contains information points and a voice-over. These provide explanations at the moment they become relevant, without requiring visitors to read a long page first.
Why this approach works
- A virtual tour through the college and its practical learning spaces.
- A clear route through programmes and facilities.
- Voice-over and interactive information within the tour.
- An online addition to open days and programme orientation.
Explore the practical side of a study choice
A workbench, television studio or vehicle workshop says something concrete about a course. The tour gives students time to investigate those places outside the open day too.
