Explore a museum or exhibition online

A virtual tour lets visitors explore a selection of galleries themselves. Present the layout and route, or keep an exhibition available digitally after it closes.

Explore the layout of a building

The Burgerweeshuis tour is an architectural project. It shows how visitors can follow a route through pavilions and shared spaces. For an exhibition, object information and viewpoints are agreed separately.

Choose what to preserve digitally

Decide which galleries, displays and routes belong in the walkthrough. Is the focus on spatial relationships or on explaining individual objects? This determines the viewpoints and the information needed for the presentation.

Agree object information and detail

Discuss the text, images or video you want to add. An overview image does not automatically replace a detail photograph that makes a small object or label readable. We agree the required detail and additional photography in advance.

Arrange rights and availability

Agree the publication rights for objects, artworks and supplied text. Schedule photography when the display is ready and visitors can remain out of view. Tell us whether the tour is for a temporary exhibition or a permanent display.

An estimate for your project

What does a virtual tour cost?

Virtual tours start at €1,500. Most business projects range from €2,500 to €5,000, excluding VAT. The size of the venue, preparation and chosen features determine the estimate.

Preparation, the shoot and production are included in the agreed project price. Additional locations, hosting and later updates are discussed separately.
