Let couples explore the spaces before a visit

Choosing a wedding venue involves atmosphere and layout. A virtual tour lets couples explore selected spaces before arranging a viewing with you.

A chapel from different sides

At Fletcher, we photographed the chapel with a set dining table among other spaces. For a wedding venue, we agree the ceremony, dining or reception layout in advance.

From ceremony to dinner and reception

Choose the spaces and connections to show. A ceremony room, dining room and outdoor space tell more together than separate photographs. The tour records the agreed arrangement; discuss other layouts and decorations separately.

Details that belong to your venue

Discuss the features that give the building its character, such as light, a garden view or a distinctive room. The Fletcher example below shows a chapel with a set table. It is a hotel project demonstrating how a room can be explored from different sides.

Prepare the shoot

Set up the selected spaces and agree which furnishings and decorations to capture. Account for events, employees and other guests. Tell us which interiors and outdoor areas to include so we can discuss scope and scheduling.

An estimate for your project

What does a virtual tour cost?

Virtual tours start at €1,500. Most business projects range from €2,500 to €5,000, excluding VAT. The size of the venue, preparation and chosen features determine the estimate.

Preparation, the shoot and production are included in the agreed project price. Additional locations, hosting and later updates are discussed separately.
