How do you give people a good online impression of a pet store covering more than 1,600 square metres? For Jumper Amersfoort, we created a virtual tour that lets customers explore the shop before visiting.
See where to go before visiting
A large shop has plenty to offer, but can be difficult to take in online. In this tour, visitors choose their own route. From the entrance, they can explore the aquarium department, dog department, central aisle and main area of the store.
This makes the tour practical for new customers. They get a sense of the space, see the departments and know more about what to expect during a visit. Regular customers can also quickly check roughly where to find a product category.
A shop with many different departments
The virtual tour shows more than the size of the shop. It also reveals the differences between departments. Blue aquariums give the aquarium area its own atmosphere. In the dog department, food, beds and other products line long, spacious aisles.
Connecting several viewpoints makes the tour feel like a real visit. People can look around at their own pace and use the menu to go straight to another place. It works on a computer, tablet or phone.
From 360-degree photographs to one clear route
We took 360-degree photographs at different points in the shop, then connected them into one clear route. The tour opens through a regular link and can also be shared on a website or in a social media post.
This gives Jumper Amersfoort an ongoing online view inside the shop. The tour shows the space in a way that is difficult to achieve with separate photographs.

We also created virtual tours for Jumper Almelo and Jumper Den Bosch. In the Almelo tour, visitors can search for product categories and brands. In Den Bosch, they can explore the dog wash and aquarium department.
