Infor wanted to introduce its new Düsseldorf office in a personal way. We created a virtual tour of the workplace and built a special holiday version featuring a video message.
Introducing a new office online
A new office is more than a collection of workspaces. Its layout, atmosphere and the connections between rooms also say something about the company. Individual photographs struggle to convey that fully. A virtual tour lets visitors look around for themselves and get a better sense of the space.
We photographed the Infor office on location in Düsseldorf, then connected the viewpoints into one tour. Visitors could move through the office and choose which spaces to explore.
A Christmas greeting within the tour
Alongside the regular version, we created a special tour for the holiday season. A video message from Infor’s Executive Vice President played when it opened. The company could then send the link to clients and business contacts.
The combination of a tour and a personal video made the Christmas greeting feel less remote than a standard card or email. Recipients received a message and could immediately explore the new office.
Photography, video and technology in one project
For this project, we provided the on-site 360-degree photography, built the virtual tour and added the video. The images needed to connect naturally so visitors could move between spaces without instructions.
The tour was set up for Infor to share easily. A link was enough to open it on a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install.
Why this approach works
- Customers and business contacts can explore the new office themselves.
- The video message sits within the same environment as the tour.
- A single link brings the personal Christmas greeting and office visit together.
A Christmas greeting with more to explore
The visit does not end with the message. Recipients can continue through the Düsseldorf office and see where their contacts work.
