Zien360 created a growing series of virtual tours for UPS logistics and Healthcare locations in the Netherlands, Europe and North America. From one central tour repository, visitors select the right location and explore buildings, warehouses and specialised spaces remotely.
One collaboration across many locations
We created the first UPS tours for locations in the Netherlands. Projects in Germany, the United Kingdom, Hungary, Italy, Canada and the United States followed. A single assignment thus grew into an international collection of virtual tours.
In the Netherlands, locations in Amsterdam, Venlo and Roermond are included. Outside the Netherlands, examples include Coventry, Dunstable, Tamworth, Munich, Frankfurt, Hanover, Budapest and several locations in North America.
From logistics to healthcare
Not every UPS location serves the same purpose. The tours show distribution centres, warehouses, freight-forwarding sites and healthcare environments. The layout, scale and technology differ by building, so each tour is tailored to the location and its intended use.
At UPS Healthcare in Louisville, the tour begins with an overview of the building. Inside, visitors can explore storage areas, racking and temperature-controlled zones. This provides a much more complete picture than a series of separate photographs.
A recent healthcare location in Italy
The tour of UPS Healthcare in Somaglia shows how the same approach works at a new international location. The visit begins outside with an overview of the building. Visitors can then explore the reception area and large warehouse.

For Somaglia, we created a standard virtual tour, a video and a separate VR version of the tour. The VR version is intended for trade shows, where visitors can explore the location with an Oculus Go VR headset.
All locations organised in one place
As the number of tours grows, visitors should not have to search through separate links. The European sites are therefore brought together in one central UPS Virtual Tour Repository. Visitors choose a country, business unit and location, then start the relevant tour.

A project that continued to grow
What began with a few Dutch locations grew into an international project: a scalable collection of virtual tours for UPS sites in Europe and North America.
