How much does a virtual tour cost?

The virtual tour of a small office with a reception area, workstations and two meeting rooms can be photographed in a few hours. A production site with five halls, an office wing and a separate dispatch area cannot. The difference in time and complexity determines the price, rather than a fixed rate per photo or square metre.

Which choices affect the price

The location itself

We first decide which spaces are needed to show the company clearly. Not every room needs to be included. An office tour usually covers the entrance, work areas and meeting rooms. A factory or logistics site also needs a route through the building and information about machines or processes, which takes more time.

Who the tour is for

The virtual tour for recruitment tells a different story from a tour for international customers. Recruitment focuses on the workplace: where will someone work and what does their department look like? Sales often focuses on the product: how is it made and how is an order processed? This determines the spaces, information and features we include.

Extra information in the tour

Text, images, videos and links help visitors learn while they explore. They can read about a department, machine, course, vacancy or working method. Larger locations often also need a second language or an interactive floor plan so people can quickly find the right department.

Several buildings or branches

If an organisation has several locations, we first decide which ones are needed for the complete story. This may become one larger tour or several connected tours with a consistent style. Travel time and several shooting days affect the price.

Combine it with photography or an FPV video

A virtual tour can easily be combined with standard photography or an FPV video, which shows the scale and connections within a location in seconds. We only include an extra service when it adds real value.

What is included in the price

1. Planning in advance.

   We discuss who will view the tour, what they need to see and what they should know afterwards.

2. Shooting on location.

   Usually a few hours, or sometimes half a day or a full day, depending on the size.

3. First draft.

   We build the tour and deliver the first draft within ten working days.

4. Feedback and delivery.

   We process feedback until the tour is complete and ready for delivery.

If new spaces, extra images or features are added later, we discuss them separately. Is there a firm deadline? Rush delivery may be possible by agreement.

Are hosting and website placement included?

We supply everything needed to add the virtual tour to a website. Your web developer will usually handle placement. If that is not possible, we can help.

What if the location changes later?

We update the tour. Text, images, videos and links can all be changed later. If an organisation wants to manage certain information itself, such as current vacancies, we can build a suitable solution.

After renovations, we check which spaces need new images. It is rarely necessary to remake the entire tour.
