Commission a virtual tour in Rotterdam
Show people what your Rotterdam venue looks like before they visit. A virtual tour lets them explore the spaces you want to present before planning a visit or getting in touch.

Explore the projects and look around the spaces yourself. Each location has its own story and layout.

Playspace

De Globetrotter
Rotterdam-Katendrecht
Two Rotterdam venues, two different tours
At Playspace, you discover a creative workspace with books, games and interactive elements. De Globetrotter in Katendrecht introduces parents and children to their school, from the playground to the classrooms and attic. The same technology takes a different form for each venue and audience.
Choose what to include
Start with the spaces your visitors want to understand. These might be a reception area, activity room or workplace. We agree which areas to capture and which must remain out of view, keeping the proposal focused on the tour's purpose.
Working in an occupied building
Access and scheduling matter in a school or workspace. Discuss when spaces are available and how to avoid unintentionally capturing people. These arrangements form part of the shoot preparation.
How does an interactive 360 degree tour work?
We take 360 degree photographs of the agreed spaces and connect them to create an online walkthrough. Visitors look around and navigate to the next space themselves. Explanation can be added where it is needed. For example, we discuss whether text, photographs or video will answer questions from parents, visitors or prospective employees. The agreed elements are included in the proposal.
From the shoot to your website
We discuss the shooting schedule, production and intended use in advance. Once the tour is built, you review a first version and provide feedback. You can display the completed virtual tour on your website or share it through a link. Tell us whether you want to discuss support with placement or hosting, so the estimate reflects your needs.
An estimate for your project
What does a virtual tour cost?
Virtual tours start at €1,500. Most business projects range from €2,500 to €5,000, excluding VAT. The size of the venue, preparation and chosen features determine the estimate.
Preparation, the shoot and production are included in the agreed project price. Additional locations, hosting and later updates are discussed separately.
