Meet your future workplace

A virtual tour for recruitment

A vacancy describes the job. A virtual tour shows where someone could work. Let applicants explore your building and workspaces before they visit.

Match the spaces to the vacancy

Choose areas that relate to the role. An office role needs different images from a production or healthcare job. This gives candidates a more concrete picture of the environment they are reading about.

For your careers page

Decide where you want to use the tour: alongside a vacancy, on your careers page or with information for an introductory meeting. We discuss which departments to show and which areas must stay out of view.

An interactive introduction to your business

The starting point is an online walkthrough using 360 degree photography. Candidates look around and choose which spaces to explore. Unlike a company video, the visitor follows their own route. We discuss which explanation is needed at each workspace and which interactive elements could help, such as text or video.

Recruitment and the first day at work

A tour can stay alongside your vacancy and later help introduce new employees to the building. Decide which use matters most to your organisation. A walkthrough for applicants does not need to show every department or internal procedure. We agree what may be public and what will be explained in personal conversations.

What should we capture?

Start with the workspaces that matter to the candidate. An entrance or shared area can help complete the picture. During preparation, agree when spaces are available and who may appear in the images.

An estimate for your project

What does a virtual tour cost?

Virtual tours start at €1,500. Most business projects range from €2,500 to €5,000, excluding VAT. The size of the venue, preparation and chosen features determine the estimate.

Preparation, the shoot and production are included in the agreed project price. Additional locations, hosting and later updates are discussed separately.
