Multiple locations

Virtual tours for multiple locations.

Your organisation has several sites, but customers and new colleagues usually want to explore one specific place. Separate virtual tours present each location clearly. An overview can then guide people to the right site.

Help visitors choose the right location

A customer wants to see the warehouse handling their goods. An applicant wants to explore the workshop mentioned in a vacancy. A guest may be comparing two branches. Each location therefore needs a clear name, its own starting point and a link from the relevant website page.

For a larger collection of sites, a shared overview can help. Visitors can choose a country or branch before opening the tour. We discuss the navigation needed: three shops require a different approach from an international organisation with dozens of buildings.

From Dutch sites to an international series

For UPS, we created virtual tours in the Netherlands, Europe and North America. The current case shows how locations can be accessed from a central tour repository. The European presentation distinguishes countries, business units and individual sites.

For Marken, we captured six international locations. Buildings and storage areas differ, but a recognisable structure helps visitors find their way. At BAS, truck centres in Veghel, Tilburg and Veldhoven each have their own tour. These projects demonstrate different ways to present several real sites clearly.

Consistent presentation with room for differences

A shared structure makes the controls familiar. This does not mean every building needs identical rooms or the same amount of information. Reception may matter most at one site, while a workshop, warehouse or particular facility matters at another.

We identify the recurring elements and the parts that need an individual explanation. These include room names, routes, languages and additional information. Visitors can then understand what to expect at each location.

Plan the photography across your sites

Start with a list of locations and a contact person for each building. Tell us which sites are similar and where special spaces or recording conditions apply. This helps us agree the photography and information needed for each branch in advance.

Everything does not have to be photographed on the same day or in the same phase. We agree the sequence, the information you will supply and how the first tours will be reviewed. The agreed approach can then be reused at further sites. Exact timing and costs are set out in the proposal.

Keep the presentation clear after delivery

A renovation, new workshop or changed reception area may require updated images or explanations. Agree which details change and who reports them. We can also discuss how further locations can be added later.

For an estimate, send us the number of sites, their towns or countries and the purpose of the tours. Are they intended for customers, new employees or people comparing locations? This gives us the information to propose a series with a clear plan for each branch.

An estimate for your project

What does a virtual tour cost?

Virtual tours start at €1,500. Most business projects range from €2,500 to €5,000, excluding VAT. The size of the venue, preparation and chosen features determine the estimate.

Preparation, the shoot and production are included in the agreed project price. Additional locations, hosting and later updates are discussed separately.
