Choose a route that explains your office layout. Include the entrance, open workspaces, meeting rooms and shared areas. At Ecorus, the tour shows how workspaces connect to informal meeting areas.

For shared business premises, agree how to present the common entrance and individual spaces. Decide which areas will be public and who checks the information. Available rooms and tenants can change; later updates are agreed separately.
Prepare without showing work information
Agree when we can access the site and how to keep screens, documents and personal details out of view. Tell us whether the tour supports visitor information, letting or recruitment. This determines which spaces and explanations to include.
An estimate for your project
What does a virtual tour cost?
Virtual tours start at €1,500. Most business projects range from €2,500 to €5,000, excluding VAT. The size of the venue, preparation and chosen features determine the estimate.
Preparation, the shoot and production are included in the agreed project price. Additional locations, hosting and later updates are discussed separately.
