For Infor’s head office in Utrecht, we created a virtual tour of its workspaces and reception areas. Visitors can explore the office themselves, see the interior and receive a personal introduction.
A clear view of a large office
The office contains a variety of spaces. The tour runs from the entrance and lobby to the workplace, Sales & Services, Development and the Client Center. The meeting point and Catharijne meeting room are also included. Visitors can use the menu to go straight to a chosen place.
This freedom to explore works well in an office with different functions. Visitors see more than individual desks: they understand how reception areas, meeting spaces and departments connect. The elevated setting and views over Utrecht add to the interior’s character.

A presenter within the tour
A presenter appears in the lobby. This video was filmed against a green screen and placed in the 360-degree environment. It feels like a personal welcome on arrival, without visitors having to open a separate video first.
The tour also included a competition feature. This made it more than a collection of panoramic images: visitors were encouraged to look actively and move through the office.
From photography to a working online tour
We provided the on-site 360-degree photography in Utrecht and built the complete route. The green-screen video, navigation and competition were integrated into the tour. The finished result opens through a regular link on a computer, tablet or phone.
The tour gives clients, new employees and other visitors a realistic impression of the office. They choose which department to explore and how long to spend in each space.
Why this approach works
- A presenter welcomes visitors in the digital lobby.
- Office floors, the Client Center and meeting rooms can be selected directly.
- The competition invites visitors to explore the office actively.
A welcome that continues into the office
The video presenter puts a face to the first introduction. Visitors then decide which Infor department or reception space they would like to explore.
