Onboarding
A virtual tour for employee onboarding.
Which entrance should you use? What does the workplace look like? Where will you meet your colleagues? A virtual tour lets new employees explore their future workplace in advance. They choose which spaces to visit and can return to the tour later.

A workplace introduction before day one
Someone who has accepted a job has different questions from an applicant. They have chosen their employer and now want to understand where they will work. An online tour can show how the entrance, reception, workspaces and shared facilities fit together.
Start with arrival. Which entrance should they use? Where do they check in? Which spaces belong to their department? We discuss the images and explanations that will help. The tour then has a clear role in onboarding, alongside information provided personally by HR or a colleague.
See how an office can be presented
For Infor in Utrecht, we created a tour of workspaces, reception areas, the Client Center and meeting spaces. Visitors choose which department to explore. The project shows how different functions within one office can be presented clearly.
At BAS, we captured several truck centres, including offices, parts warehouses and workshops. This is a relevant example for organisations with different types of workplace. Use these examples to identify the spaces that should feel familiar to your new colleagues.
What should a new colleague see?
Choose the spaces needed for orientation first: the entrance, reception, their department, meeting areas and break room. An office needs a different route from a workshop or warehouse. A short explanation at the right point may be more useful than a long general introduction.
If you want to add text, photographs or video to the 360-degree images, we identify information that is stable and details that change regularly. Contact names, arrival instructions and department information must remain accurate after delivery. We agree who supplies and maintains that information.
One building or several sites
Each workplace needs a recognisable starting point in the presentation. Someone joining in Tilburg should be able to open the correct site directly. We can use a consistent structure across the tours while showing the differences between buildings.
We also discuss where the tour will be available and who should be able to view it. Tell us whether you intend to use a public website, a shared link or an existing internal environment. Connections to HR software or progress tracking are separate requirements that need assessment.
From a recording plan to a useful introduction
Send us the location, intended audience and spaces you want to include. We discuss when the workplace is available and which people or information may appear. We then propose the photography, tour and any additional content.
Before delivery, we review the route, labels, explanations and links together. The tour supports an introduction to the building. Personal guidance, work instructions and safety training remain separate parts of the induction programme.
An estimate for your project
What does a virtual tour cost?
Virtual tours start at €1,500. Most business projects range from €2,500 to €5,000, excluding VAT. The size of the venue, preparation and chosen features determine the estimate.
Preparation, the shoot and production are included in the agreed project price. Additional locations, hosting and later updates are discussed separately.
