Let parents look inside before visiting
When choosing childcare, parents want to know where their child will play, eat and rest. A virtual tour lets them explore the layout and different rooms before a visit.

School buildings as examples
These tours of IKC Aventurijn and De Globetrotter show school buildings. They demonstrate how parents can explore spaces in advance. For childcare, we select the spaces that fit the facility.

Start with a parent’s visit
Begin at the entrance and select the group rooms, sleeping area and outdoor space you want to show. Discuss what parents need to know before an introductory meeting. The tour presents the building; daily care is explained in a personal conversation.
Capture the rooms when they are free
We schedule photography around the use of the facility. Agree how to keep children, employees, name labels and information boards out of view. Prepare each space as you want parents to see it, showing the different activities.
A clear presentation of each site
Each facility in a group gets its own presentation. Room layouts, outdoor space and access may differ. Tell us which sites are involved and which information is needed for each.
An estimate for your project
What does a virtual tour cost?
Virtual tours start at €1,500. Most business projects range from €2,500 to €5,000, excluding VAT. The size of the venue, preparation and chosen features determine the estimate.
Preparation, the shoot and production are included in the agreed project price. Additional locations, hosting and later updates are discussed separately.
