Let guests explore the atmosphere and layout

For dinner, a meeting or a group booking, guests want to see where they will be. A virtual tour lets them explore your hospitality venue themselves.

From the bar to a private dining space

Choose the spaces that matter to guests, such as the bar, dining room or a private room. The Post-Plaza tour presents the Grand Café and coffee roastery. At The Florian, visitors can explore the bar and lounge among other rooms.

Prepare the room for its presentation

Agree which table layout and furnishings to photograph. An empty room tells a different story from a room set for dinner. We discuss the presentation and how to keep guests and employees out of view.

Share alongside your booking information

Place the tour with information about your venue or use it in a group booking conversation. Manage menus, opening hours and availability through your own channels. Tell us which spaces to capture and when they will be available.
