Sales and trade fairs
A virtual tour for sales and trade fairs.
You cannot always bring a factory, showroom or vehicle to a sales meeting. A virtual tour lets customers explore that environment anyway. Open the relevant space while you explain, or share the tour so they can look around independently afterwards.

A selection of our work
Examples to open during a conversation.
Explore a production environment, showroom and vehicle interior: three ways to explain a real space.
Add context to a sales conversation
A photograph shows one selected view. An interactive virtual tour also lets your customer explore the surrounding space. This is useful when a showroom layout, the scale of a production hall or the position of equipment is part of your explanation.
You do not need to present the whole tour each time. Choose the space that answers your customer’s question and discuss what is visible. They can reopen the tour afterwards and share it with colleagues who were not at the first meeting.
Present a factory, showroom or product environment
The HAK case shows a production environment in Giessen. Hansgrohe The Water Studio in Amsterdam focuses on a showroom and product displays. The Snoeks case demonstrates how the interior of a Volkswagen Multivan can be explored from inside.
These examples address different sales questions: what does production look like, how are products displayed, and how is a vehicle arranged inside? The space and product determine the explanation needed during your presentation.
Use the same tour at a trade fair
At a trade fair, you can show a location that could not come with you. A conversation at your stand may start with an overview and then move into a particular hall, room or product display. You can refer visitors to the same online tour afterwards.
We discuss the intended controls, screen and device in advance. Test the setup and internet connection before the event. Additional requirements, such as offline use or special controls, need separate assessment and are not automatically included in every online tour.
Add information where it helps
A short explanation, photograph or video can clarify something that is difficult to explain in the panorama alone. The right content depends on the questions customers ask. Keep changing details, such as temporary ranges or product specifications, separate from the permanent location images.
If you already have a physical showroom, a tour can present that real space. A fully designed 3D showroom, product configurator or digital exhibition platform is a different brief. Describe what visitors should be able to see or do so we can discuss the right approach.
Commissioning a virtual tour for your business
We start with the questions customers often ask during a demo. We then choose the route, camera positions and additional information. Using 360-degree photography, we capture the real spaces. Visitors can look around independently, so the presentation offers more than a video with a fixed sequence.
Would you like to embed the tour on your website or open it from a presentation? We agree the placement and links. During review, we check the tour on a computer, tablet and smartphone. For a trade fair stand, we also test the agreed screen setup so the controls fit the conversation.
A proposal based on your sales conversations
Send us the location, type of customer and situations in which you want to use the tour. Which question is currently difficult to answer with photographs or a presentation? That is a useful starting point for choosing the route and spaces.
We then agree the photography, explanations and placement. The same tour can appear on your website and be opened during meetings. Pricing, timing, hosting and additional elements are set out in the proposal in advance.
An estimate for your project
What does a virtual tour cost?
Virtual tours start at €1,500. Most business projects range from €2,500 to €5,000, excluding VAT. The size of the venue, preparation and chosen features determine the estimate.
Preparation, the shoot and production are included in the agreed project price. Additional locations, hosting and later updates are discussed separately.
